The National Environmental Justice Advisory Council (NEJAC) is a federal advisory committee established to provide advice and recommendations to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regarding environmental justice issues. NEJAC holds public comments sessions in order to gather public input related to environmental justice matters.
NEJAC is currently accepting public comments regarding (1) water infrastructure financing in vulnerable and overburdened communities and (2) the implementation and outreach of EPA’s Revised Agricultural Worker Protection Regulation.
This is the perfect opportunity to express concerns related to the future of water infrastructure in your community! Written comments should be submitted to Karen Martin: martin.karenl@epa.gov
