Headwaters would like to take this opportunity to thank Jo Ann Palmer, and the folks at Kentucky River Watershed Watch for coming to Whitesburg on June 28, and holding a Phase I water testing workshop. Those in attendance were provided the necessary supplies and education necessary to test the PH, Dissolved Oxygen, and Conductivity of the water contained in their watersheds. If anybody in our service area is interested in undergoing Phase I testing, feel free to contact us as we’d love the opportunity to schedule another workshop and get more people in the community involved in our work.
