Headwaters board member, Regina Donour has been recognized as the 2016 Volunteer of the Year by Kentucky River Watershed Watch. Regina received the award at the Kentucky River Watershed Conference in Lexington, KY on February 6th. Her leadership and commitment to Headwaters and water quality in Letcher County does not go unnoticed- Regina is a role model for community service and environmental stewardship.
