Today, a hearing in the Letcher County Circuit Court will be held with the intent of determining whether litigation against Don Childers for monetary damages for contamination of the Whitesburg water supply by diesel fuel should be considered a class action. If it were to be considered a class action, the court process may be sped up significantly, so this is an important step.
